The Community Forum meets annually each January. The entire community is invited. Throughout the year, plenary meetings present community concerns, progress reports, and current plans with featured speakers and presentations.

    The SCCF Board of Directors meets on the third Monday of each month at the Sonoita Elgin Firehouse (at the Crossroads). All members, as well as the general public, may attend.

An open community meeting of the Sonoita Crossroads Community Forum will be held at the Sonoita Hills Community Church on Elgin Road (near the Elgin School) in Elgin on 20 February 2010.
